  Poor customer service when attempting to buy a few community fish, all of which I explained I already had in my tank, but didn't know every detail and was too honest, so they refused to sell to me. I have just cycled a new larger 100l tank successfully and was adding adding extra stock. They have a rigid and invasive question policy requiring customers to provide full details (number, breed) of every fish in their tank without considering the customer's experience or knowledge. Water quality is the most critical item for fish health but they don't check on that or ask any questions! I had purchased without issue before but they lost my records also. I complained but they didn't get back to me with any result. The excuse is fish safety but really they won't allow their staff to take any responsibility in assessing customer's knowledge themselves. Went elsewhere to a specialist who understand their customers better.
