- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Gone downhill since changed from Virgin Active. Rowing machines generally don't always work, it's like a lottery every time, steppers need maintenance as the foot pedals are not secure, there was a locker door hanging off it's hinges last week, the steam room doesn't get hot, there is a weight bench that has had a broken incline handle for around 3 months. The showers are regularly cold as well which is just inexcusable, it's not a one off either it's a regular occurrence. The maintenance in general is extremely poor, the staff on the other hand are amazing, cannot fault a single one of them. Just a shame the 10 year old equipment and facilities get zero love and other than some foam boxes to jump on can't remember the last time new equipment was introduced. Going to leave as for the money, not getting any value in return, this isn't a £20 a month gym but is being run like one. Such a shame!by Pete BagnallSeptember 05, 2017
