- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Nothing. My other half had to wait two weeks for her appointment, then on the very DAY of the appointment received a letter saying it was cancelled with no explanation. I then phoned as a prospective patient. When asked about the likelihood of my first appointment getting cancelled, Jade (the receptionist) said she could not guarantee it wouldn't be cancelled, and if this were the case I would have to join the back of the queue again like anybody else!
