  The service at this surgery is unacceptable! You get the blame and get accused by the moody staff for requesting appointments (even if they are advanced bookings!). I've been ringing every day at 8.30am for the past three months to get an appointment... they put you on hold for exactly 25 mins and say they are fully booked!!! Then they demand that you ring the next day and try again, the bloody cheek!!! And i'm registered online to make bookings... no appointments are available NEVER!

  The staff are very rude and arrogant there, they can't do even do their job and know what they should be doing. Complete utter idiocy their treatment towards me calling up for an appointment waiting a long time like 30 mins for an answer they're like you do it online or come into the surgery. The advice they also give is pathetic and so simple minded like out of emergency I just call 999 rather than the NHS emergency line. I feel so condescended in there and the counsellor they once referred me to was also not very nice too talk very negatively on my situation like "oh that's not doing me any good". They told me how the job centre are great at helping people into work, are you serious they're absolutely terrible. NEVER AGAIN,! Such appalling service and lack of open mindedness
